Sometimes finding information on the internet regarding diet can be daunting.

There is so much information and misinformation that making the right choice concerning one’s health becomes confusing.

Matters become much simpler, however, when one chooses to make the Ethical Choice. The Soul benefits for making the Ethical Choice when it comes to your food plate (and in Life, in general) far outweigh the physical, worldly benefits granted by making the very same choice.

“The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: ‘A single endeavour in All*h’s cause in the afternoon and in the forenoon is better than the world and whatever is in it.’ ” – #2793. Sahih Al-Boukhari

Becoming VEGAN is making an Ethical Choice – through Compassion, Love and Respect for Animals, as well as choosing to follow the Divine’s original plan for us as depicted in Genesis 1:29.

Some may feel unable to give up Animals, their eggs and their milk completely. For those people, an Ethical Choice is still available – that of eating HALAL/KOSHER. For G*d has promised that – even in Heaven – should a one wish to eat Animal meat, he will be accommodated.

Buying and eating ORGANIC is first and foremost making the Ethical Choice of not becoming a partner in polluting the Earth and Eco-systems (Insects, Animals and humans) with harmful chemicals, and rendering the land useless for future generations.

Another Ethical Choice is overcoming racial barriers and eating smaller portions, so that all may have something to eat.

This Ethical Choice extends to paying one’s Zakat (obligatory charity, since @ year 622) and – perhaps more importantly – to paying the Zakat on behalf of the DECEASED.

May Heaven be a place for All of us – along with All our family, friends, loves and acquaintances? Or may the fire of Hell purify our Souls? We invite you to worship YH*H and perhaps harmonize the Heart, Body, Mind, and Soul?

There are no gods but G*d; and Mohammed is a Messenger of G*d.

La ilaha illa All*h; w Mohammed Rasulullah.

La ilaha illa All*h; w Mohammed Rasulullah.
